Caffissimo introduces inhouse specialists

The Caffissimo training programme now has the following inhouse specialists to advise and train our franchisees:

Food: Former 'WA Chef of the Year" Breffni Doyle has joined the team.

Beverages: The Caffissimo coffee trainer, Jesse Wearne, has recently gained the nationally accredited qualification "Super Barista, Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee", his experience, skills and passion are passed on to our franchisees through our initial training programmes and other ongoing regular workshops.


Former WA Chef of The Year Joins Caffissimo

Breffni Doyle has a wealth of local hospitality experience, having worked in some of the best kitchens in Perth. He has spent creative time developing a wide range of diverse menus to fit all facets of the food industry from kitchen design and ingredients sourcing to the final plated product and he is a welcome addition to the Caffissimo team.
